2018 - Even More June / July Cards

Card kits are the greatest, while I waited for my computer to update I put this pretty card together.  It originally said something else so I cut the circle and used a word stamp I had that came with a butterfly (on inside).  You can never have enough birthday cards.

Another great niece is getting married in November, still waiting for my computer to update I made these two cards.  Both were from a card kit from Inspiration Station in Ovid MI.

A great-nephew is turning 9 in early July.  I was thinking of rhymes with nine and kept thinking swine and ended up with Hamm from Toy Story Cricut cartridge and an very old Stampin Up Stamp.

My son-in-law's parents watched our dog while we vacationed so I made this card from a Cricut Access project and added the writing inside and Pluto from a Mickey and Friends Cartridge.

2018 - June - More Cards

Son-In-Law rides a Harley, found this photo of a bike similar to his, used Print and Cut to make this slider card.  Birthday Wishes is from a die, I purchased the HD sticker, and another Print and Cut for the verse on inside.

Great-niece graduating and my MIL wanted a card, so I made this one from a kit I had purchased at Inspiration Station in Ovid, MI.  Very quick and easy.

Another kit card from same place, I just changed the stamped saying to make it for a baby shower card that MIL needed.

2018 - June Birthdays, Baby Show and Graduation

Great-niece turns 7 and is such a little flutter girl so I assembled this card from a kit I purchased from one of my favorite stores, Inspiration Station in Ovid, MI. It is a spinner card so the butterfly looks like it is flying.  The stamps inside the card are oldies but goodies.

A great-niece will be graduating in June so in preparation I had this card kit as well that I customized a bit adding embellishments and the velum saying inside.

In anticipation of a great-niece's baby shower I also assembled this great card from another kit and added Wink of Stella in clear and green while coloring the duck with a marker.  Little feet inside are from punches and circles are from dies with a velum saying.

A dear friend who lives about a 100 miles from me I made this card I saw on YouTube utilizing my Love and Affection stamp set.  Cut the scallop frame and sentiment tags from off Elegant Edges in Design Space.

2018 - May Cards and Gifts

May is busy month of birthdays, for my husband I bought a card and engraved this steel mug using this nifty device I bought at Menards for $0.88. NVB is the abbreviation of his company name.  Cut stencil on clear contact paper using Cricut Outline font.

For a great-nephew who likes old cars I used a kit I had to create this very simple card. Love my velum greeting pad.

A great-niece who is a piano teacher I have made piano themed cards for the last few years so I decided to change it up this year when I saw this awesome photo.  The stampe and music note punches and dies finished off this card.

Great-niece who is a swimmer, I designed this themed card.  Printing done with Cricut, pool is a print and cut.

2018 - April Birthday Cards

I love Stampin-Up stamps and dies and this set (Bike Ride) is one of my favorites.  I cut the HB with a die, used my small dots embossing folder for background.

Embossing folder, die and Cricut cuts used in this card for a great-niece who is a barista at coffee shop.

2018 - March Birthday Cards

I have two great-nephews celebrating birthdays in March.  Lucky for me both have a sport they like so I themed their cards accordingly.

This golf card uses stickers, Cricut cuts and writing.

This hockey card uses stickers again, Cricut cuts, writing, some stamping and circle punches.

Niece has taken up running at 49 yrs old and I'm in awe of her so I found a stamp on clearance and put it inside this card I made for her.  Words printed using Cricut Design Space as well as shoes.  I meant for the work RUNNING to be printed but it cut out and since I used some awesome two sided paper I liked how the it looked showing through so I didn't redo.

Great-niece got married in March, I took inspiration from CardzTV and made their wedding card using my Cricut, dies for the Mr. & Mrs., embellishments and embossing folders.
