2017 - Great Niece Turns 10

My sister-in-law's namesake turned 10 so I searched my stash and this card came about by piecing together bits and pieces I had, I was pleased how it turned out.

2017 - October Birthday's & Gifts

Some dear friends (my SIL's parent's) moved back to Michigan from Florida, this is the welcome back card I made using Cricut 50 States cartridge for the shape of the state, used the writing feature and an embellishment.

Another great-niece is getting married in January so I got a head start and made her shower gifts using my Cricut and glass etching.

A niece celebrating her birthday in October, no Cricut just embossing folder, punch and stamps used here.

The youngest of my great-nieces celebrated her 1st birthday, thanks to my Cricut this card was a super fast one. (Every photo I see of her she is holding some sort of elephant toy, is why I chose this.)

2017 - September Birthday Cards

September is a busy birthday month on my calendar: Niece, nephew & cousin.

I failed to retake the photo after I added some fun embellishments to the inside of this card.  The Grover is from DS using my Cricut as well as the writing.   The Happy Birthday inside is cut with a die.

This is a DS project file that I altered a bit for a cousin who was celebrating her 96th birthday.

I always struggle with masculine cards, this was for my nephew who is a lawyer so I saw this project of folding paper to make this shirt card.  Stamps used on inside.

2017 - August Birthday Card

This card was created with a kit I purchased from my favorite scrapbooking store located about 80 miles from me, Inspiration Station in Ovid, MI.  The kit originally was a congratulations card that I altered into a birthday card for a very special great niece of mine.

2017 - June - First of 18 Great-Nieces and Nephew's to Get Married

The first of our 18 great-nieces & nephews is getting married.  Her sister is having a luncheon honoring the bride-to-be.  I bought these items off her registry and then glass etched them making stencils with my Cricut.  I put the casserole dish in an insulated carrier with a couple of dish towels also from her registry. 

(I fixed the hearts so they were all solid filled in after the photo was taken.)

2017 - June - Betty Boop for Friend's Grandma's 100th Birthday

A dear friend of mine who grandma is turning 100 in June asked that 100 of us send her cards for her grandma as a surprise.  I found out she likes Betty Boop so I found this postcard at an antique store, used some dies, stamps and downloaded the inside.  I love how it turned out.
