2020 July Cards

Took a fabulous class with My Pink Stamper and made these next four card that I love to have on hand for when needed.

Using the same stamp set along with a CTM stamp sentiment I created this thinking of you card for my SIL's parents.  I had no idea when I put tape over the ladies bag and over the gentleman's flag that I get this, so I had to add a flower.

There has been much on the blogs about shadow boxes.  I had to give one a try.  I purchased a layer SVG that edited to create this.  My great-niece is getting married next May on an island so I think I'll gift to her.  The color is all white but the photo makes it look blue.

Nephew who golfs is celebrating his birthday, designed this card using Lawn Fawn slider die so golf ball rolls into hole.  Words were written with Cricut as well as cuts done with Cricut.

Twin niece and nephew celebrating 11th birthday.

Great niece is expecting first child, a girl so I made this using new Cricut Joy file, stamped BABY using Close to My Heart Stamps and punched out.  Inside sentiment is also Close to My Heart Stamp and used dies to cut out.

A great niece is graduating, so I this is my first try at a fun fold card.  Didn't end up the way I was intended but I'm satisfied with it.

My best friend's birthday is the 5th.  Used two different Stampin Up Bundles (Bike Ride & Farmhouse Christmas) along with Ballon Nesting dies and Studio G stamp.

2020 May - June Cards

One of our great niece is expecting this summer, so I modified a card I received from my Stampin' Up person to give at her shower.

Make this voilet Mother's Day card for my daughter who is currently at home with two children while our SIL is deployed. I purchased the SVG file from Lori Whitlock.com.  Will use again for a birthday.

For my mom's birthday I did the sentiments in Word and printed on card stock and cut our.  I fussy cut the flowers out of the background paper.

For my hubby's birthday card I did sentiments in Word then cut out using dies.

I made two of these cards with embossing folder and dies with sentiment print and cut out of Word.  One is for my brother with the other for my son in law who both ride motorcycles.

Dear friend is celebrating her 75th birthday.  Stampin Up stamps.

Great niece turns 9 in June.  Cricut cartridge and some punches used.

Another great niece celebrating a birthday in June.  Embossing folder and dies from a magazine kit along with Stampin Up stamps and dies.

I have a boughten Father's Day card but forgot I had it and created this one.  I'll let hubby chose which one since it is for his dad.

Brother in law who used to be a firefighter has a birthday in May.  Uploaded image to Cricut - used print then cut feature.

Yet another great niece who dances is celebrating a birthday. Uploaded image and used Cricut for writing.

Happy mail I sent to little girl who turned 5.

Cousin celebrating birthday.  Just dies and punches used here.

Mother's Day card and stickers.

Cousin's birthday card, die is from UK and since I didn't have the stamp I had to get creative on marking up the bird.

My newly found brother's son graduated from Eaton Rapids High School, this is the card I created.  Some precut dies shapes used along with Cricut cuts and downloaded images.

A blog I follow highlighted a young man graduating from Fond Du Loc High School in Wisconsin with some family life challenges beyond the Covid lock down.  I made this card for him after researching the school colors.

2020 April and Early May Cards & Crafts

With all this virus going around I made masks out of all the elastic I had.  Ended up with 5 of them for personal use for family.

Easter cards I made in Design Space.  They were for the Cricut Joy but I altered to work with my Explorer.  Photos don't show but the eggs are glittered with Wink of Stella.

This is for my sister's birthday in May sot I wanted to try my first shadow box, first attempt at rolling flowers.  The vinyl lettering is on the inside of the glass for ease of cleaning.  For the card I used a glitter pen in my Cricut and did a print and cut for the vase of flowers I uploaded from a Google search.

I made three of these the cover all the same; two birthday wishes and one speedy recovery.

Since I have a dear friend who had surgery I made this card for her.  I try to send her a card a week while she recovers.
